Tata Sky Whatsapp Services bolstered with 5 new options for its customers

New Delhi: Tata Sky yesterday has added its Whatsapp service chat service with 5 new options for its customers increasing the options available on its Whatsapp services. The DTH operator has added 5 more options namely To know your Balance, To know your pack details, To recharge instantly, soft refresh and heavy refresh. To know your balance the customer needs to reply BALANCE. Customers can know their pack details by replying PACK. For instant recharges the service provider has provided a shortened URLĀ www.bit.ly./tskyrech.

If the customer is not able to view the television after recharging replying REFRESH to the Whatsapp service would do a heavy refresh on the account. A soft refresh can be done by replying SR if the customer is not able to view after pack addition. Tata Skys Whatsapp service now has 7 options for its customer instead of the two options it had earlier had.

In May 2018 Tata Sky had launched its Whatsapp services where one could get their Tata Sky account details on WhatsApp, easily track all your messages related to their Tata Sky account’s due date, recharge confirmation messages, pack addition messages, Long term packs renewal messages and Showcase confirmation messages. The Whatsapp service initially only had two options “to add a channel” or to “drop a channel”.
