TV Vision suffers Rs 2.5 crores net loss in Q1 FY 19-20. Revenue from operations increase with reduction in total expenses.

TV Vision registered Rs 34.32 crores as its revenue from operations as against Rs 27.62 crores in the previous quarter ending 31st March 2019. Total expenses stood at Rs 36.83 crores as compared to Rs 41.51 crores in the previous quarter. Cost of material consumed reduced while other expenses such as financial cost and employees benefit expense increased.

The company suffered a net loss after tax of Rs 2.5 crores in the quarter as compared to Rs 13.88 crores in the previous quarter. Earning from shares stood at Rs (0.72) as against Rs (3.97) in the previous quarter.

At the time going to press TV Vision Ltd shares were trading at Rs 1.91 down by Rs 0.1 or 4.98% as against a previous close of Rs 2.01 on the BSE.

TV Vision is engaged in the business of broadcasting and content production. The current broadcasting bouquet consists of Mastiii, Maiboli, Dabangg, Dhamaal Gujarat and Dillagi.
