Mr. Bhat is right south package start from below 200.

We can go for minimum pack i.e 155 rs.
But recharge vouchers start from 200 rs only.

I think there is no such condition.In the ad they may be mentioning about ROI customers,whose subscription starts at Rs 200 p.m.

Check their ad for south india,where they mentions that the customer can choose south silver cricket which costs Rs 155

So i guess there is no such conditions.
