I am using Huawei HD STB and after latest software update i feel PQ has increased a bit and AQ has increased a lot.
Donno why you are facing such issues maybe force software update.
Try getting them to change your box as everyone suggested.

Bro I have Vu 32 inch led tv But I'm not face any pq problem Some days ago Tata Sky given low audio in HD channels but latest software updates they Solved the problem.

Yeah but they will charge 200/- n these local guys are too presky they ask some extra money and they say don't call ccare call us directly if u have problem
