then they made a call to us..
and told your recharge date is 12 oct 2011
and if you don't pay before 12 oct 2011
then , late fee will be Rs 20/:angry: :angry:
and told if you pay before 10 oct 2011 you will get mod not stop
for free but you should recharge more than Rs 400/ \

Why dish tv have to be ashamed of this fact?? If u pay before ur expiry date, you dont have to pay the rs 20 activation fee, its in their terms , secondly MOD non stop is coming as an offer to all subscribers who recharge above Rs 400/-. Whats there to unncessarily complain about it??
Regarding Customer service, its the duty of all dth to tell their customers about offers... they are not "bekar" offers.. may be beneficial to other subscribers...
