CNBC Prime is HD only.. So, Karthik bro, the count of d2h is now 21 + active 3D channel = 22; Dish is 24. I think this is correct. Dish is providing 27 HD, out of which 3 are upscaled (UTV Stars, NGC Music and Baby TV)..

CNBC Prime is True HD (Asli HD :sp ) channel and was not considered in the comparison as the genre of News channels was not taken into account.
