This complaint is regarding the Reliance Digital TV or Big TV of Reliance.
Since past three months the signal of the Reliance Digital TV gets interrupted. The picture display hangs and sound stops as happens when a DVD gets stuck. Then the picture goes blank. Then it shows Error 200 - channel not subscribed, even when I have sufficient balance on the card and I am subscribed to the platinum pack. I made a complaint many times to the customer care. I also sent many emails to the customer care. But the issue is not resolved. I have to pay around Rs. 400 monthly for such a poor service. Is there a way I can take this issue to the consumer court?
