bro I also facing the same problem as selfcare not showing hd bouquets and hd alcarte channels.

Try Channels Selection on LCN - 998
All HD boquets will be visible there. You can create your own basepack once again and submit it. It will be activated.

Using Selfcare You can change the basepack anytime. Again select your required channels and submit it. It will be activated instantly.

Guys I have to add R bharat as ala carte but in selfcare when I click on add ala carte it is showing "No results found"

My Pack is containing 75 HD channels, now Showing only 73 Channels why.

Once, You selected channels from Channel 998. You can add or remove those boquets/Alacarte. No, need to create basepack whole again.
