Good but still no option to see subscribed channels quickly and unsubscribe them..airtel should add a section on the top with your channels or something like that

Firstly one need to confirm with Airtel Digital TV about this offer....maybe they r providing New Connection or upgrade to HD STB to select customers at 0 cost

Even if there is an offer wherein if a customer pays 3 or 6 months pack cost upfront and is provided HD Set Top Box absolutely free while pack cost is returned in form of cashback (small installments in each month) still it is a very good thing. Other DTH operators too run such offers, Tata Play too infact returns the whole money which is paid upfront in form of cashback (small part each month) which is credited in the customer's DTH Account Balance.

Though such offers are good but expecting all things to be given free adversely impacts quality of service/product hence customers themselves should demand good quality products rather than more of freebies. Some regular discount or freebies is alright but not a level where company itself faces losses by giving such subsidies and then has to do cost cutting in other things which again is not good for the customers

Please don't make such random comments without any valid reason. Airtel Digital TV is infact improving a lot in all aspects with each passing day
