What kind of a question is this bro? There r various changes visible after such activities , at other times we may not be able to see but they would done some changes in backend system (server etc.).... Few times technical glitch might also cause app downtime.

Why Why Why r u so paranoid with a simple statement i made? I did not even mention Tata Play in it? It was a usual observation by me

More than this ur this kind of trolling messages against me and airtel r far more common. Atleast team airtel is doing some backend activities or maintenance work enhance customer experience + expand / improve its offerings but ur comments add in no way productive manner to discussion
