See that's the thing I don't have that remote but rather just a normal one. Also what's the difference between a HD+ and HD because I am not too sure I have the HD+ box but rather a normal HD :-/

I am not at my place right now so can't post pics but it does have pen drive slots and I also recorded on one.

You have a HD plus stb with HD remote... Airtel Usually charges 250 or more for getting HD plus Remote... However nowadays all remotes are HD plus... Just ask for new remote. They'll provide HD plus Remote for 170... I did the same few years back...

Thanks that seems to be the case, I would rather go and buy one myself so as to not pay engineer's 150 Just wanted to be sure before I buy it though that it will at least work.
