Dear provider plz add HD chanels........ Because generation was different......... always add sd channels. Lost expectation........ Plz ADTV
 
Anna, can i tell customer care team about this code and request them to activate this bouquet?

Also can u please check if there is any new SMS format enabled for the same

If i remember to upgrade or downgrade the package UP or DOWN SMS Codewords were used few years back. ....have these been changed if so then with what words maybe ACT (for activate)?

Only upgrade were there in past, try this method

ADD ABP17691 300xxxxxxx-001, hope it works.

Airtel should really look into it and resolve it. People are facing difficulties in basics like activating packs and Top-ups. These can result in substantial waste of time. It's time they start taking it seriously and bring a corrective update to Airtel Thanks app.

Actually i am not facing any difficulty in making changes to packs or channels in my DTH Account but issue is the Airtel has not made all DPO bouquets available to Airtel Black users just like for this segment of customers broadcaster bouquets r not listed on airtel app .....earlier when old interface was accessible on airtel app then on main page we got few random broadcaster bouquets listed as options for upgrading the DPO bouquet and Hindi Premium/Mega SD were part of it but now as that main page is not accessible hence i cannot activate these DPO Bouquets

That's exactly what I mean. We normal customers have a work around atleast. Black customers are completely left out. Is it that difficult to have a working app ? How long has it been ? No improvement in this part alone. While only deterioration.

It is not any bug or malfunction buddy but airtel has deliberately made such a policy that only select DPO bouquets and no broadcaster bouquets have been made available to Airtel Black customers...... Actually as many other discounts + benefits r provided to Airtel Black customers hence certain restrictions have been put in place on other things.

Not just airtel but all operators even in telecom or other sectors make such policies for special packs or plans

Get In Touch With Relationship Manager For Black Customers

They Can Activate This Pack For You!

Drop Them Mail With Correct Pack Name
