Please don't say that the app is working fine. See below screenshot of my pack details.

Plan expired on a future date? The expiry date is correct but why showing expired? 😂
I'm already on the latest version of the app.

Also, please show the screenshot of the app page where broadcaster bouquets are listed in so called 'Language Packs' section as I'm unable to find it. I'm on a semi-annual pack.

Can u please post which all bouquets/ channels have u subscribed to ? It seems your Long Duration Pack has expired hence Alert is showing up that now u will be charged on DBR basis or some other pack/top up has expired hence this message is showing up

Please read again i said Broadcaster Bouquet section has been renamed as Language Packs in new update of Airtel App
 
💯% agree on this.. now I'm at my parents and do twitching thier packs for best value in all channels.. got many issues and bugs on this points...cc worthless, app is horrible.. they need to fix this to have a good reputation like tp... I know about the trick to access Broadcaster packs so it wasn't that much inconvenient to me.

It is not a bug, please understand broadcaster bouquets have been removed from airtel app for Airtel Black and maybe some Long Duration Pack users too
 
I don't understand what makes think that people unnecessarily bring something which is not a problem at all. It doesn't matter if they are having buggy app by their conscious decision or not. Tell me why should we tolerate this buggy app despite paying for their service ? They are not providing the service for free. Also, if this is a tactical business decision according to you, who this is for ? This doesn't help anyone. This is definitely not for customer and it doesn't help them generate more revenue as well. BTW, you are still yet to confirm whether Xstream box support remote schedule recording.

Where did i said that they have buggy app, i said that broadcasters bouquets not being available is not a bug but i believe a policy decision taken by Airtel for certain segment of DTH customers.

Already Airtel Black customers r getting huge discounts on DPO bouquets plus zero NCF is being charged for most of these bouquets and there r several other benefits being provided hence Airtel would have taken policy decision to not provide broadcaster bouquets to Airtel Black customers just like only 2 DPO bouquets available for selection to us ...few months back 3 broadcaster bouquets were available to choose from 1 SD and other 2 HD variants now SD has also been removed .....Similarly maybe for customers opting for Annual or Semi Annual DPO bouquet too certain polict changes have been made.

I have already answered ur question about remote recording feature, could be that it has been disabled sometime back but as i have said this feature is not compatible with SD or HD box of any operator unless box supports Return Path Data feature which only high end boxes have
 
I'm neither a Black nor a Long duration customer, yet I don't see the broadcaster bouquets in the app. They are not available for any customer.

Ok Siva anna so could be broadcaster bouquets have been disabled for those opting for higher price DPO bouquets too or maybe for all Airtel Digital TV customers

No other ala carte or bouquets subscribed. There is no DBR charges. This is airtel's glitch. This is seen for a few days and if DBR was active my balance would have been NIL by now.

Still its okay buddy on few instances small glitches like wrong validity or account related wrong information or issues in activation of channels / top upd is faced even on Tata Play App....many members have pointed out to it too.

Secondly ur Airtel App version seems to be old or maybe different version of latest update is installed on ur mobile hence still "bouquets and top up section " is still visible...in new app update same was renamed as "Language Packs".... U can ask even @somnath chakraborty for confirmation on this 🙏
 
There's no point in explaining it to him. It's time we ignore his posts. I've already started to ignore long back. Simply scroll down if you see his post even though he replied to you.
