My HD+ STB has just now freezed up & hanging..

anyone else facing this kind of issues now..????

sony Espn :HD sound is too much low than Sony Six :HD.
sony six sd/HD/Espn HD showing match only in English feed .
but why airtel didn't provide others regional audio feed (Except Hindi) in sony espn sd channel?
last time during ipl they didnt provided Bengali Audio feed.
what's wrong with them?

I am facing a problem
Whenever I am turning on my STB it is again and again downloading the update from 0%,I have tried switching off and on STB about 4 times from evening and everytime on switching it on it is downloading same update again and again from 0 to 100%
Can anyone help regarding this or has info regarding this?  :huh :huh :huh
