is this max HD top up u get at the time of upgradation??? :huh
if yes! then its normal, they didn't added swpHD at max HD uogradation pack.
but if ur max HD pack u added yourself by means of topup addition, then u should get SWP HD in max hd top up

They do whatever they wish ..... If we ask them for anything then we get reply you are eligible... your package will lapse lab-labh ...... so why they added all the other channels except SWP

At that time when I upgraded they only had 26 :hd channels but now it's around 40 :hd all are added except SWP
