Last night..there was blank screen 2 times...I had to power off the stb to get picture..and also when I pause any channel...iy starts lagging...anybody facing this??

Problem solved: my 16gb pen drive was the villain...
I attached the pendrive( which was with the stb free) the problem solved...
No epg problem..no recording problem...no blank screen...

Can anyone tell me , what are the channels excluded from Jackpot HD Pack?
Is HBO HD part of Jackpot HD pack?

I already checked with CC today.
Morning one person told me that HBO HD  is part of Jackpot HD and when I checked with them again in the evening, they told me that HBO HD is not part of Jackpot HD.
