Is there any way out to watch Jio Tv in airtel xstream box?

Guys I am very pleased by airtel service. Actually when i was purchasing the box, I was confused about the dth subscription check done on this box so I asked the local dealer that whether I would be able to open apps and play content, she told me that there is no need to recharge DTH to watch online contents and apps. I recorded her call, and after installation i came to know that this was not the case. So I complained her to airtel and recently they gave me 1 year free minimal subscription pack (which cost around 1300), as a token of sorry.
Cheers to Airtel for such a satisfactory service.

Can you try un-installing and installing app again and see if it works ?
