PQ of NBA is amazing on Vh1 HD. But has destroyed the channel. And my sole purpose to have satellite TV. Why would you ruin a music channel with sports?

Because they mostly play k pop and tik tok songs Even they were already ruined on 2019

All news channels do it. Either they show their programs promo OR headlines. They can't show ads on digital channels due to license issue.

There is no licence issue but reason is tv and digital ad slots r sold separately hence u won't see similarity on both feeds

Some Observations :-
▪Waiting a Long Time now for Rebranding "Star Jalsha Movies" for both SD / HD Variant. When last "Star Jalsha" Rebranded - the Hope raised very High for SJM to be Rebranded. But the Wait is not yet over and it's going to Continue in near future also.
When "Star Jalsha Josh" will go On-Air may be Star/Disney will think of "SJM".

▪Apart from Graphics and Logo - one thing is very Promising that Star/Disney have separated the SD & HD Feed instead of mirroring the SD Feed to HD one And now "Star Jalsha Movies SD" telecasting proper Mainstream Bangla Movies whereas "Star Jalsha Movies HD" delivering Meaningful Promising Award Winning Bangla Movie Titles from Eminent Directors. (Only WTP of Bangla Movies are Mirrored)

▪Lost all Hope for "Star Movies" & "Star World" now as it's obvious that it will not look for Rebranding in upcoming Days.


▪Eagerly waiting to taste the New Look of "Star Gold Romance" & "Star Gold Thrills" - But as You said the Hope Collapsed like of 'USA Twin Towers" and now Wait will be carry forward to 04/2022 if done.

▪Can it possible for the "Merger" process to complete within Just this December? May be it will also shift to next Year if all Regulatory Framework Completes as per Law. But nevertheless this Merger will be more Beneficial for Subscribers for Movie - GEC - Sports Lovers to Cheer about.

Apart from these points -
▪I was eagerly waiting for "Star Sports Network" to Revamp with New Look and Graphics either from IPL from September or / then ICC WCT20 in October. But again the Hope Doomed heavily.
▪Especially the Too Big HD Logo of Star Sports looks Horrible on TV Screen. It should get reduced to fit the Screen nicely.
▪Several times Send and Shared Feedback to the Concerned Official as @dino29 Buddy Suggested.
But the Feedback never get Entertained till Date.

Buddy share feedback by tagging respective channel head on twitter, it will b more effective.... I do so when feedback is regarding a specific or more broader aspect

Few weekss back had shared feedback with hindi movie cluster head of viacom18 regarding giving more slots to bollywood films on colors cineplex hd or making it a pure play bollywood channel and seems like they r implementing some changes now as evident in scheduling in next few days. Had also mentioned in feedback that Colors Cineplex should b made a secondary bollywood movie channel once Rishtey Cineplex and CCB gets proper distribution across platforms

Totally Disappointed
Tomorrow's schedule of Star Gold and Star Gold 2 filled with 8 dubbed south indian movies, star/disney is only network which until now focussed more on bollywood films barring a short period from 2015-18 and this delivered great success.... Hope they continue with current strategy rather than going the competitor's way (sony, viacom18, zee)


I have in past so many times sent feedback to all channels be it thru links on their website under feedback or contact us tab, written e-mails, tweeted to chs tagging channel /hindi movies/HSM cluster head or corporate handle and believe me it is tedious process to first make a list of films, divide it among channels depending on who has rights or likely to acquire it, search for channel head/content head names on twitter thru articles and then deciding medium thru which duff feedback needs to b sent. All in all tired of doing it. Paused this for sometime, will do so in latter months, u all can do it and hope positive outcome is achieved

Star Gold brand has a legacy and a great collection of movies. It feel premium. Star Gold 2 is just odd. It needs proper rebranding to a new channel. Numbering looks odd. IMO Movies OK itself was great. Only lacked HD feed. Even Star Gold Select has a good identity.

This happiness for short lived for just 1 day, now again schedule of HD channel filled with dubbed south india films. Will try to send feedback about this and other things to Hindi Movie Channels Head of Viacom18, also have in mind to share feedback with hindi movies cluster head of sony pictures network india, zee while can't do so for star/disney as their hindi movies cluster head or content head aren't active on twitter
