Good Signal Quality = Good Picture Quality?

Does a change of lnb affect picture quality ?

No dude,
I used d2h original LNB 9years after that LNB not working,
When I asked in DTH shop's about Videocon original LNB they said "Tataplay, Sun direct, LNB available" Dishd2h LNB not available in our side,

That time I purchased Tataplay LNB still using that...
"No change in PQ" same as it is before"
