If you see, u can guess, this reply was today and after 5 pm as at 5 pm i sent reply. From customer care reply it is not clear that gsat 10 is still there or not. I believe it must be there. But at least cust care is not confirming, neither their twitter account.

"we cant say when we will able to launch channels at this time, your feedback is forward to the concern team and they are working on it" this is standard replay from senior desk, they are not talking on Gsat 10, when we ask saying that it is in testing phase but not able to say on ISRO level or tata sky level.

Looking at the annual report of ISRO, posted in other thread, it appears that GSAT-10 is in good health, they have mentioned a lot of tests done on GSAT-10 successfully. Although ISRO is very very slow in its approach, but it can not be stated that GSAT-10 has failed. We can be really hopeful, although it will perhaps take more time to be available to Tata Sky.
Out of control means.
only tata sky using indian govt organisation isro own and operated satellite which is not case with dish, rdtv, adtv, d2 h.
and for making trial, raising to IOT, govt organisation takes more time and very slow.
biz based organization can fulfilled demand of client. so client( other indian dth) operator can make control of satellite owner by giving anather biz offer, which tats sky cant do.

there may be ofcourse delay in schedule by isro due to G0^t organaisation.
so accordingly in april tps will be available to ts.
and mostly first channel addition would be six hd

u r absolutely wrong, had sony six hd been first addition from gsat 10 then tata sky would not have added it as an event based channel. also as this ch is being removed from may 26 so it clearly means that till may end too there is no hope of gsat 10 being operational
i guess gsat 10 will not work as it has failed and tata sky will keep misguiding customers till next year mid when hopefully they get tp's from gsat 11 if that does not fail
