I think it means TS cc doesn't have info about hindi feeds on newly launched channels & they are considering it as problem with cust/STB.

I had a chat with Online CC, I also contacted CC via phone but they have no idea about it. DishTV and Airtel Digital TV are providing Hindi feed but Tata Sky is not providing. Many movies are showing "Dual Language" tag but its showing only in English.

I wonder why Tata Sky didnt add Hindi language feed with the launch?

Mailed already. Tweeted to hbohits team they are not responding. Tried calling hbo office, numbers always engaged. Tata sky team is yet to know if these channels are available in hindi feeds. Well written to ceo and waiting for some positive replies.
