HBO Hits and Defined HD

I had subscribed to HBO hits HD and HBO Defined HD when it was launched @ Rs. 79 pm for both channels together. Few days back, I got a message saying that the price has been revised to Rs.99 pm w.e.f. 07.10.2015.

I dont know how, but this top up was removed from my pack from 07.10.2015. Now I am unable to find this top up, both in Airtel website and My Airtel app. Does any of you had this issue?

Same happened to me last week. Called CC and they reinstated the channels @ ₹79 pm.
