HD Channels looks ghostlier and zoomed sometimes

I set the tv to all correct settings even before writing about this problem. So now only thing left is calling CC . But I don't think they wl be of any help as I have noticed that HD qlty keeps changing from channel to channel. Also in a single HD channel different serials will have different pict qlty.

I think cc will send service technician and they will fix the problem....it's sure.....
