How to select a-la-carte pack in airtel?

Airtel provides the customers to select the channels individually according to their own liking.This pack is called a-la-carte or FTA pack in airtel.
it is priced at Re.150 without tax per month or Re.168.56 with tax.
The DBR is Re.5.44 for this pack.

You have to select those channels whose total cost is equal to or less than 150 in this link -airtel digital TV - Top Ups

Otherwise prepare your own list and send it to [email protected]
with subject line A-la-carte

You can take any of the topup available after once you complete your 150rs.
in FTA pack.You will also get any one of the free regional lifetime topup with this.

you have to choose the channels carefully when selecting for 150 rupees as it doesn't exceed 150.Otherwise you have to pay more.Suppose you selected 13 channels for Rs140 and your 14th channel is HBO which price is 20.You think you you will pay 140+20 =160.But it is wrong.You have to pay 150+20=170.When the channels price exceeds 150they leave the last requested channel and activate the pack.


One most important thing is that you can change the channels selected in
Rs.150 pack anytime according to your wish.Just call cc and change it.

i mean it is suitable for single person,he can select his own channel list with minimum cost.for family it not compactable because they have a multi-choice.

I activated ala carte package in airtel, but CC ppl telling there is no regional pack free with this subscription.

Pls give the url in which the above is mentioned. provide official site url.

Also after exceeding Rs. 150, the channel price are some what extra. like movie now hd is Rs.20 when selected within Rs.150, but after exceeding Rs.150, movies now hd is Rs.25.... Do u know what is the reason for it and nowhere in the website the logic is mentioned... pls let me know if u have the relevant info

you have to escalate the issue and ask CC to connect some higher ups, one free language top up is definitely there which was confirmed by return call from AIRTEL main office.
Don't worry about that and raise the demand again through query.

regarding pricing of channels, you will be surprised to see ColorsHD is @ 15/- and Colors SD @ 20/-, like this many points are there without logic, may be thats ADTV...

This happened during the last update in June, but Airtel's brainless website managers have still not figured how to fix it.
