How to use a diseqc switch with 2 Monoblock LNBs

Hi,

Does any techie knows about how to use a diseqc switch with 2 Monoblock LNBs from 2 different dishes ?

If so,what are receiver settings for this ?

Use a 4x1 diseq switch and connect from 1 to 4..this may work

You mean we should connect the 2 Monoblock LNBs in LNB 1 and LNB 4 sockets of disecqc switch ?

By the way I do have 4 x 1 disecqc switch.

monoblock have 2 lnbs - i haven,t tried so far..showing single cable out in google.. so confusion arises

You can use 8 way diseqc which works in 1.1 diseqc function on stb as shown in SS keeping diseqc 1.0 on1&2

hi, if u want to use with 4x1 diseqc switch, u have split the output of monoblock lnb by 2 way powerpass spliter. then connect with 4x1 diseqc switch. if u connect directly with 4x1 diseqc switch, it will not work. if ur stb box having diseqc  1.1 function, u can use 8x1 diseqc switch.(old stb box not working with diseqc 1.1)
