Is it DD Channels are Chargeable?

Hi Brothers,
Is it DD channels are chargeable? We know that all DD channels are free in all dth.
But today I am just send a sms for DD Malayalam GET 816 to 54325,
I got reply that 'Get DD Malayalam at just Rs 10/month.To Subscribe,SMS ADD 816 to 54325'.
Is it any member Brothers notice this?

I am get all DD channels at free of cost,but yesterday I just send a sms for DD Malayalam to know the reply of airtel.My expected reply is this Channel is not available as top up but I am surprised that I got the reply DD Malayalam is at Rs 10/month.
