Need Help Unable to view channels

Guys one doubt.

If I say to D2H team...There is a construction going on beside my dish and somehow LNB broken.....Will they ask me to pay or it will come under warranty?

Yesterday when I gave complaint and when he came It was working normally..so he gave his number and said call me when it is back and closed the complaint and today when it is back and he came and came to know LNB problem...Asked me to give complaint again tomorrow saying There is a construction going on beside my dish and somehow LNB broken and said You are in warranty so no need to pay and said dont say technical error because it will be a problem for them...They should not get same complaint in less than a month...and asked me to call him before giving complaint tomorrow morning.......Now I will not say it...:angry
