Most likely problem is:

1) Problem wid parent satellite: 4 main sats are there for C-band, Insat 83, Intelsat 66e, 68e, as3s 105e.

May be weather problem, but if it wud have been weather problem, other DTHs wud also face this problem..

so this doesnt look likely :no

2) Problem wid their downlink control room, or equipments...ie: they re unable to doqnlink signals properly from these sats. :tup
