What you have mentioned to him ? Did you as that you want recording feature to be enabled which is rolled out with new update. What was the reason they told for not applicable.

Yeah..
I mentioned both...hdr pq issue & recording feature..but he said no
I m also said other customer received new update but they decline...
Don't know what happened next..
