U will be rewarded with special care where drink + snacks will be served, promise to resolve concern given and special offer given for upgrading to XStream. If u still feel unsatisfied they will request to port out stating "Pehle sab try karo phir best chuno", maybe this ad will be shown to have better impact

Be patient guys, it is pan india problem and airtel tech team will be at work to fix it. Airtel should send message / communication to subscribers informing about this botch up
 
Its very irritating.. Airtel customer care service is the very worst in recent past. I am throwing this id*otic box. Couldn't watch anything. Their customer care representatives have no idea. Simple on off is the only solution they have. Pathetic.
 
Just now before received same kind of resolution code on my TV screen
 
pop up stopped but cust id not updated yet.

edit - just received one.
