My STB model is HD DVR1000.
I think it uses a very old ID since there is no audio during recording.
The GUI is Blue color instead of the purple color which the latest GUI is having.

Bro the latest download I'd is 57

You need download Id 57 for that, I too had the same issue, d2h service guy upgraded it last month. Software I have is 49, will not solve your problem.
