They said on this mail..they cannot launch additional channels at this point in time. As you yourself have experienced, we are fully prepared to go ahead ( satellite prep and channel re-numbering....so i deleted..

Oh Bhai, why r u misleading people. This is their standard reply, they have been giving this response since GSAT 10 Launched and they changed channel number on December 28, 2012. In the mail what they mean is that we r ready with channel number re-arranged and ready with infrastructure for new satellite when its made available
