I guess users more or less have to pay 100 for NCF, much like 99 pack. Majority subscribe between 200-300. And if broadcaster don't provide chs then their Ad revenue will go downhill. And how much revenue Ads gives to broadcasters ? It's 3000 crore in last IPL for 2 months

As per my understanding no. DPO can only combine broadcasters bouquet to form their own bouquet, DPO cannot break them

DPO can't break a broadcasters' bouquet, but I think they can surely club a-la-carte channels to make their own bouquets (altough it can go way to costly considering a-la-carte rates provided by broadcasters)

My choice HD package after 29th December 50HD channel 19x50=950 + base package,₹ 130 + 18% GST ₹195 Total Package Price = 1275/- PM.

It has to be as per new law. It says DPO cannot charge more than broadcaster price
