As per my understanding no. DPO can only combine broadcasters bouquet to form their own bouquet, DPO cannot break them

So, what about the DTHs which don't have all the channels of that bouquet on their platform?
Will they add all the pending SD/HD channels in one go?

No idea, as per CC subscribers on Existing LDP can continue till it's validity and then opt for new pack
