Colors usually stick to single channel strategy (excluding the HD versions). It has one channel each in Bangla, Gujarati, Marathi and Odia. Even in English, it has one channel, Colors Infinity. 

Though it has 3 channels in Hindi, only one is under the Colors brand, other two being Rishtey and Rishtey Cineplex. 

In Hindi they're having MTV n MTV Beats SD,HD music channels also Including Cineplex HD :k

may be colors telugu will launch later, All Etv Channels were re-branded as colors, except ETV Telugu. may be etv telugu channels has did some agreement with Viacom to launch their own channel after some time.
please note Telugu language channels were one of the top regional market in india, all telugu entertainment channels were getting good barc ratings under top 10, then why viacom wont launch their channels.

As far colors telugu launch is not possible as Viacom have little share in etv network. But it is possible in future. Hope they will launch in next year.
