Videocon d2h HD software updated - USB Recording enabled

I got a call from my wife that software got updated. Need to check it out once I go home.

(The box was reset after update and my display stopped working as my TV is not compatible with 50Hz signal. I had to instruct her over the phone to change the settings to 1080i/60Hz. Hence I know that I got the software update)

when contacted cc they say no need to change remote the colour button will be enable for recording purpose and by the end of this month all hd boxes will get usb-pvr software upgrade

there is a pvr service in d2h which needs to be activated for recording, may be due to that you guys are unable to record !?
