well bro currently videocon d2h is the best overall b ut they need improvement in cust care, hardware/software/epg. tata sky has the best hardware/software/epg/cust care but they are worst in the most important aspect which is having more channels

When I spoke with customer care and friend of mine with DTH, they confirmed that this new update will be rolled out on 15th of March. They had certain issues and now they are ready with testing.
As like you and everyone else , I am also waiting for the update anxiously

videocon d2h will surpass tata sky by 2014 mid and dish tv by 2014 end, by that i mean couting gross connections which include inactive plus active connections but if u count only having highest active subscriber base then d2h will have that by this year end

i used to think about videocon d2h as a third class dth company until i bought it and saw that its really the most underrated dth company considering all the great things it does fort customers. i mean it has best packages, widest channels, great twitter and facebook support team, no signal interuption in rains(if u have dish allignment and lnb skes adjusted properly).

within 3 monthst they will have brand new greta quality stb's with awesome design , ease of use and functionality plus it will have the fastest software

videocon d2h deserves lot more credit than it does receive and other dth ops should learn from videocon d2h as to how they should make customers happy

how this becomes an answer to OP question huhhuh dont promote a brand in all threads :angry

Its true that they have 22 hd channel, it does not mean that they are best, there cc is not good, there software/firmware and epg is not so good than how could you say that they are the best dth service in india.

Its true I have impressed by their new SD stb hardware quality is just awesome
you don't need to point your remote every time to STB
REMOTE quality is just unbelievable
