When is firmware update for HD STB?

I guess these are found in settings under 'Satellite Management'. I need a secret code for this as 1234 and 0000 do not work.

Is there a common code for this or do I need to call Customer care?

the satellite management password is the 4th, 6th , 8th and 10th digit of ur viewing card number

2. Can I add any FTA channels apart from the ones by Videocon?

bro u r getting too low signal quality, get ur dish alligned properly. tell videocon d2h that the engineer who visited ur home during installation did not allign ur dish properly

yeah do that and tell them not to charge u anything as its the engineer's fault who came for installation that he did not allign the dish properly

Dino I don't think pixels problem cause by low signal
He is getting 50 percent signals
And that is quite enough
