I know this but the customer care says its mentioned wrong on the website. If you can show me your pack pricing screenshot I can put an argument. Dont show ur customer ID just show me the pricing details.

i got it on 11 dec on my cousin's id as i was aware of GOSF plans which usually comes in the month of december. so i paid 525*12 @75% means @25% discount. so i paid 525*12= 6300

n 6300*75% = 4725rs only which means 393.75 rs per month.

there were huge discounts on mega n magnum sd as well as hd packs. so i got it from there.

earlier also i did recharge it with 500 bucks during diwali also.

i meant during or b4 diwali this pack was available @ 500 only but had only 19 hd channels.

now they add 3 more hd channels n pack prices was also increased to 525rs from 500 earlier

bro one more thing i wud like to tell u that if u wanna argue then just google it out.

i read it in many websites or forums that the have increased the prices in the month of september 2014 so u may argue as they must have fooled u.

how a big company like airtel must not have been updated their website.

also their website is showing 22 hd channels n one fortnight back there were 19 hd on their website.

so in last few days they updated 19hd to 22 hd then y don't dey updated the prices of the respective packs

Tata Sky and d2h HD is most perfect picture quality sd channels d2h provide RS,571 29 HD CHANNELS....
Airtel also chargeing Rs 530 mega pack but he provided only 19 Hd channels

And main dissatisfied adtv I am paying rs530 for south mega Hd pack
any new channels airtel should be Add means not providing directly to package south mega Sep 14.Nov 14, like that
eg:Epic,Epic HD, pix hd,&Pictures HD,life ok HD,GEMINI TV HD,not getting now also

And I call cc he tell this new packs eligible only new customers u r useing 4 year after 2 months ago u can use this pack

Hall Sony 4k tv D2h HD box soon will change 4k box

Airtel audio quality good ok I accept
Pictures quality allways superb in d2h only

I have video revesiver software in my system I checked in my video revesiver in d2h provide 670mpbs per sec but adtv 620mpbs per sec....

Same pack I was paying Rs 525 but now they say its Rs 570. I think I need to complain it to the nodal officer with screenshot

I used to work in airtel telecom dept so I kno they dont update regularly sometimes mistakes do happen but if they have given the offer to certain customers I hve the right too
