d2h is going to change the logical channel numbers of a few Zee channels this week first spotted by DreamDTH. The LCNs of seven Zee channels will be changing from November 15. The DTH operator has started running notice on the d2h Home3 channel regarding the LCN change.
Big Magic, Zee Anmol, &Pictures, Zee Bollywood, &TV, Zee Anmol Cinema, and Zee Action are the seven Zee channels undergoing LCN change this week. Zee Anmol will move from LCN 155 to LCN 116. Zee Anmol Cinema will be moving from LCN 228 to LCN 237. Zee Action will move from LCN 237 to LCN 228. Zee Bollywood will move from LCN 235 to LCN 218.
Big Magic will move from LCN 124 to LCN 112. &TV will move from LCN 108 to LCN 104. &Pictures will move from LCN 224 to LCN 202. The LCN changes are clearly aimed at Dish-d2h maximizing its LCN Incentives.
DreamDTH had earlier reported that d2h had changed the LCN of five Zee channels as of 15 October. Dish TV had also changed the LCN of four Zee channels on the 15 October. Dish TV will also be changing the LCN of Zee Anmol on 11 November from LCN 142 to LCN 125.

Other Updates
In other news d2h on 9 October added a new channel d2h connect on LCN 898. The channel is said to be a promotional channel broadcasting one ad continuously. From 11 November Kairali News and God TV channels will not be available for non-ST2 subscribers. However, these channels will be available on the ST2 satellite.
Dish TV had a few weeks back removed Raj TV, Raj Digital Plus, Chutti TV, DTamil and Puthuyugam along with few other channels from its SES8 satellite. The changes are likely aimed at shifting South users to ST-2 satellite.
Dish-d2h has added PTC Simran on its platform on 10 October. The channel is available on LCN 1156 and 1195 on Dish TV and on LCN 781 on d2h platform.
d2h will also be dropping Telugu channel 99TV from its platform on November 12 due to the non-execution of interconnection agreement by the broadcaster. It was earlier supposed to be dropped on November 8. d2h was also supposed to drop 9XM and 9X Jalwa from 15 November due to the non-payment of outstanding dues by the broadcaster. However, the scroll has been stopped now.

I understand your frustration. The merger with Dish TV has not advanced d2h, but is pulling back both and stopping them from many new channel additions.
