IMCL engages Cloudpoint to service key aspects of its B2C customer base

IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd (IMCL) has engaged the service of Cloudpoint Technologies to manage the key aspects of its B2C segment in Mumbai initially. Cloudpoint will take on the mantle to provide key services to InDigital subscribers in Mumbai, an IMCL CATV service. Cloudpoint will be involved in revenue collection and end-to-end customer lifecycle management to upselling and cross-selling.

Cloudpoint will deliver the service through a dedicated team completely focussed on the core objective of consumer satisfaction. IMCL has since last year engaged Cloudpoint to provide strategic advisory and support services for its direct points.

Commenting on this engagement, Mr. N.K.
