DTH updates Airtel gives FTA channels without NCF

@anupbharadwaj bro!! The Extra News, Shopping etc channels are part of Airtel Bundle Pack. Actually, NCF isn't charged for those Pack. But if you add Any New Topup to current plan then NCF is Calculated for the Bundle Pack also thats why we see sudden increase in NCF Amount. This is a Serious Bug!!

From, next time if want to add any topup use SMS Method then the problem wont arise.

Nothing like that it's just a self-care coding bug in displaying nothing related to users account rental .. Main database is Crystal clean ..

Are you certain it's just a display bug!!!! Even if we add/remove a channel and if the selfcare is showing increased ncf we won't be charged extra price?

Brother at a same time I login in self care & Airtel database found it's a bug self-care on the other side everything clear in database

And you can't get yourself rid of NDTV channel , somehow airtel customer support could not remove this forced complementary channel from subscription.

but they are adding to the channel count and ultimately your NCF will increase and monthly rental...it is indirectly increasing your monthly rental..

That's a bug in self care. In reality no NCF is charged on FTA channels. You can confirm this with CC.

Nope .. only Airtel ROI free bundle pack only free from NCF not all FTA channels
