Can I permanently deactivate my airtel dth secondary connection cuz I only wnant to recharge my primary connection? And if yes what is the procedure to do the same?

You can deactivate your Second Connection permanently.
If you had Twitter account then try this easy process is Tweeting them about your issue to Airtel Presence but no a days. They don't give reply.

Secondary connection can be separated from main connection by making call from registered mobile number,after it becomes independent connection you do not recharge that connection then you can sell that in market or keep that without recharge
