Dish Damage due to Cyclone

HD STB, He changed the whole dish. He installed dish on different position now . But this is a bad experience from Airtel. I did install rather than buying new dish connection ,because , i already have TS,DISH TV , dont want few more boxes lying around

My email to TRAI worked... I got a call from Airtel authority. They asked about the concern and I told about the engineers intentional low signal installation and everything happened so far. They promised me that they'll send a good engineer and it will not repeat again... Thanks Sadiq bro... Got contacts from your mail in d2h section.
