1. It'll be changed and Unused ARP days rental credited in ur Adtv account .. don't take any risk as of now wait till IPL start what Adtv planned for IPL star free preview

2. Untill unless you or Adtv change ur connection rental into new traiff then ur monthly rental won't change it'll be as same as old traiff

Note: It's not possible to add any addon in old traiff rental it can be done only in new Traiff

No darling it won't change no connection between 1st connection & 2nd connection arp rental

I was planning to remove my secondary ADTV connection and test TataSky so when my ARP runsout i can decide what to do but this news of "Airtel removing NCF on long duration plans" made me pause the plans. Now onceagain im struck and unable to proceed.

Looks like selecting channels/packs on ADTV is too complex and one large waste of time as every time i try to choose i end-up selecting the highest pack but lots of channels missing. Today i chose "TN Mega HD" and thought it was done but not a single cookery channel on the list.

Airtel can have packs like,

• "Tamil HD Pack" with only Tamil HD channels and remaining SD channels with no HD ones so almost all tamil channels are selected.
• "Eng HD Movies" with all HD movies plus WB like SD channels.
• "Eng News HD" with all HD news plus NDTV like SD channels.
• "Cookery & Discovery HD" with all HD cookery & Discovery.
• "Soccer HD" here i select sports and one channel for IPL as i dont watch any cricket other than IPL or World Cup.

I hope the Infinity pack is back so i can subscribe to all channels at an affordable price without disappointing anyone in the family as people watch channels from across all genre (sometimes even Hindi) though they watch just for a few mins every day (max 30 - 60 mins twice a day for sops or news).

[People who ask if i watch all channels, yes, i have senior citizens who were watching Baahubali on Asianet HD this sunday in Malayalam, Kaashmora in Hindi this saturday and Khakee (Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru) in Telugu so for myself Infinity HD pack was indeed a blessing as it was just Rs 6,999 and forget for a year.]

Does ADTV have a similar pack (if its a collection of packs then plz suggest one for Tamil + Eng + Sports + News + Discovery type + Cookery all in HD)?

Though the price is higher in TS (Rs 2,532/211 costlier per year/month), i seem to find all my required channels there.

There's nothing like this. NCF is applicable on all packs.

It's more of a confusion, rather than being false. Basically even for ARPs, NCF will be charged on a monthly (DBR) basis. @Gobinaath bro clarified this. But nobody can figure this out if they look at the package price on airtel self care website or app.
