I want to know how much it is to get a new secondary HD connection on the main account. 

I have a spare airtel HD box can it be used here? Or they will insist to buy new HD BOX?

you have to pay Rs 690 for secondary hd connection, you won't be able to use spare hd box you will have to purchase new box.

yes bro same base pack and hd channels as in primary connection.
