Yea! bad luck!!
In my locality If I go to any recharge shop to recharge DTH he will take extra 5/-.
If I need to recharge 100/- He will took 105/- (it's only for DTH recharge, not for mobile) don't know why!!!

Yes. same here. when i asked the shop wala why you taking 5rs extra, he said - hafta wasooli kar rahe hain

They said internet ka kharcha aur apna mehnat lagta hai. So we charge extra for our benifit.

By the way i can confirm airtel or any operator doesn't take extra 5rs from them. Its all their own scripted words to make customer feel bad of company not of them. Even with tata sky same issue on local shops. Hence i prefer to do all recharges online only.

yep, Bapun Bro! I recharged once for my adtv account from local shop, He charged 5/- Extra. From then onwards, I'm using Paytm/freecharge. Earlier days paytm/freecharge used to gave Cashback but now days all companies stop all kind of cashback for airtel..

Nahi koi bi company wale koi extra paisa nahi leti
Uska delear logo ko 3% tak deti hai. Uski mahenat ke liye..
Par kafi retailers log customer ke pas se jayada paisa lete hai jayada tar ye mobile recharge mai dekha jata hai..

Mera manna ye hai ki aj kal ye paytm jaisi site ka chalan isliye hi badh gaya hai kyuki ye log koi extra paisa nahi lete hai aur recharge bi turant ho jata hai..

Matlab mai sabhi retailers ko nahi bol raha.. Kafi aise log bhi hai jo ager machine se swipe kare to bi koi extra paisa nahi lete jabki usmain to 2% tak bank wale katate hai

Paytm and baki sab mai woh log sirf apka balance transfer kar dege apka konsa pack chal raha hai usse usko koi lena dena nahi matlab woh log pack upgrade downgrade nahi karege

Ye sab retailers ke pas ho sakta hai aur mera manna hai ki koi extra charge nahi lena chahiye company delears ko 3% tak deti hi hai.
Jo log chota sochge na ki 200 ke recharge mai sirf rs.6 hi milta hai woh aage nahi badhge.
Ager woh ye soche na ki roj ka 10 se 20 hajar ka recharge ho to net ka kya naye mobile ka kharcha bi nikal jayega

One suggestion to all brothers who recharge offline: Instead of getting it done from local retailer, go to Airtel Store and get it done. They won't take anything extra.
