Already my Jackpot connection is not receiving it.

when ktv hd come in airtel dth..................all other dth having ktv hd channel but airtel dth only not having ktv hd channel.................

Is the "HD section" of my Airtel App opening for any one ?? mine is not opening from last 1 week I think.... mailed about this to customer care with screen shot but got replied that I might ve slow net or old app.... what a crap cc....
