GSAT 10 is in trial period

today i had a chat with cc and asked them about gsat 10 they told me that gsat 10 is in trial period and coz of that they are unable to add channels

From the language used by cc i understand that the trial period she is talking about is nothing. Gsat 10 is still with isro in test mode of their parameters. This trial period has nothing to do with tata sky. As it is now end of dec, situation can be termed as really uncertain. Irso must show some professionalism, at least release some press note. Specially in a situation where launch itself was delayed by 3yrs.
