I found one thing common about hathway and Tata Sky HD

I think this is general discussion thread and I wanna share my experience regarding one thing I want to discuss or tell to you people.

I don't know whether you guys know or you might have noticed it. And, I know there are lots of expert in our forum who may know about it. But, I was very keen to ask you guys that 'Did you know Hathway SD UI is same as of Tata Sky HD old UI'

Yes. Back in 2010 when Tata Sky HD was newly launched it had same UI since both STB software were developed by NDS.

The STB was of KaonMedia brand.

Is this reason that they put Star channels First on EPG of each genre. And, why did few years back Star channels were removed from Hathway?
